A unique project that took place at the top of Mount Pleasant. This build ran smoothly regarding the wild weather conditions you are faced with when overlooking the Heathcote Valley. This house was designed by Stephen Fitzgerald, a well known local architect based in Sumner. The house follows a minimalistic design internally with full height doors and windows throughout the whole house creating a very spacious vibe, the external side is slightly busier with a Canadian cedar cladding that sits below a white facia to create a ‘Floating’ roof look. The team really enjoyed this build and made sure it was built to the highest standard.
