White Rock Place was a technical build on a very steep section located on Richmond Hill. This house was designed to take full advantage of the stunning views Richmond Hill has blessed its residents with. Looking out on a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and Scarborough Hill, while also looking over Sumner and its iconic Cave Rock. These views were definite motivators for us in the thick of winter. Once we got off the ground, it all came together nicely.

 

The team really enjoyed working on the angles within the house, making sure everything is lining through perfectly. This is a huge deal for not only the client but for the teams conscious as well. The house has a stunning open plan kitchen/living area that is on a black oxide polished concrete floor accompanied by a composite cantilever deck. The outside is special as it consists of a black finish on all types of cladding (west coast cedar and T rib iron) but contrasts nicely with the white soffit. It was nice for the team to see the hard work show at the end of the job and proudly hand the home over to our client.
